5:30 PM Seating of Delegates - Convention Begins
Delegates & Alternates selected at the Precinct Caucus Meetings will convene for the County Convention.
Prior to this convention, the Chair of the Party will appoint a committee for Bylaws, Resolutions, and Platforms. These committees will meet following the Precinct Caucus Meetings (at least one week prior to the County Convention) and prepare a draft of the proposed changes for the delegates at the County Convention to discuss and vote upon. A Nominating Committee will be appointed by the Chair to prepare a slate of delegates to the State Convention.
County Convention delegates will discuss and vote on the edits to the County Bylaws, County Resolutions, and the County Platform. They will also will make their recommendations on changes and additions to the Wyoming Republican Party documents (State Bylaws, State Resolutions, and State Platform) to be discussed at the State Convention.
Delegates & Alternates to the the Wyoming Republican Party State Convention (April) will be elected by the convening body, as well as, a Delegate & Alternate to the Republican National Convention in July.

Teton County Republican Party Central Committee Meeting
Executive Board Members and Precinct Committeemen & Committeewomen are encouraged to attend this meeting. We are expecting a rather brief (but important) meeting with the Precinct Caucuses following afterwards. Food and drinks will be provided.

Teton County Republican Party Precinct Caucus Meetings 2024
Any & all registered Republican voters as of January 3, 2024 in Teton County are encouraged to participate in the Precinct Caucus Meetings!
We meet as one body and divide into groups by our perspective precincts. In these precinct "groups", or caucuses, a chair from within each precinct caucus is elected to run the Precinct Caucus Meeting. The agenda will include three important agenda items: County Bylaws, County/State Resolutions, and the County Platforms. The precincts will make their recommendations on changes and additions to these documents to be discussed at the County Convention. The precincts will also elect their Delegates & Alternates to the County Convention.
The number of Convention Delegates shall be 92, apportioned as follows:
Precinct 01-01 = 4 Delegates (4 Alternates)
Precinct 01-02 = 8 Delegates (8 Alternates)
Precinct 01-03 = 4 Delegates (4 Alternates)
Precinct 01-04 = 4 Delegates (4 Alternates)

Join us at the Property Tax Relief Petition Open House (and petition signing). Gather up your friends and come learn more about the People’s Initiative to Limit Property Tax in Wyoming through a Homeowner’s Property Exemption.
This is a FREE event for anyone & everyone who wants to learn about and/or support this non-partisan initiative to lower property taxes for primary homeowners statewide by 50%.

Executive Board Members and Precinct Committeemen & Committeewomen are encouraged to attend this training (this is NOT a formal meeting). Mary Boyd, author of "Leaves of Gold", has graciously accepted to lead a training for our membership on the foundational documents of the U.S. Constitution. This is a great opportunity to grow our grassroots supporters, so we are asking that each Precinct Committeeperson invite 2-4 registered Republicans from their precinct to come and learn about the Constitution.

4th of July Parade
Join us in celebrating America’s Independence Day by walking with your fellow Republicans in Jackson’s 4th of July Parade! We want the Republican turn out to be YUGE. Our theme for this year’s float is “Ride the Red Wave” - so we are asking people to dress in red attire and/or beach attire as we will be walking to Beach Boys tunes!
Our entry number is #31 and our lineup is on Karnes Ave (please see the map here). You should be able to park in the Fairgrounds parking, Our Lady of the Mountains Church, Staples, or the residential areas (carpooling is encouraged). The Fairgrounds will be closest to the end of the parade. There will be lots of candy to throw if you are on the float. And, there will also be water and soda for us.
